"now reduced to a snail’s pace"
I’ve also been a victim of TalkTalk, the so called internet company. During the past months my old ISP Nildram (great company) got bought out by Opal Internet (TalkTalk). The official move to the isp happened about the 9th of Sept. Since then my internet speeds have been shocking! I would normally be hitting 4MB’s but was now reduced to a snail’s pace ranging from 1.5MB in the late hours to 1MB during peak times (Last week it even dropped for 10+ hours).
Since I am a home based web designer and avid gamer I picked up on this instantly, It was time for a isp change! This though wouldn’t have been the easy task I first thought. Initially I tried to contact them via their customer support email system requesting simply my MAC code. Eight Days later I got a response which was clearly a automated message trying to blag me off with answers not even relevant to my question. I sent another email back venting my frustration and have yet to receive any reply back.
